Chilliwack Daycare Programs

All of the programs at the The Briar Patch Child Care Centre incorporate the following:

• Plenty of uninterrupted play time with minimum adult interference
• Many opportunities for self-chosen activities
• Indoor and outdoor play activities
• A variety of activities including gross-motor, fine-motor, individual and group activities

Your child will participate in a variety of activities at our centre. Please send your child in comfortable clothing that is easily washed should spills or accidents occur. Also, take into consideration the weather as we try to go outside every day and the children should be dressed accordingly. For most children, layering their clothing is a good idea as it accommodates the changing weather and the child’s inner thermostat.

The 5 programs at The Briar Patch Child Care Centre are:

• Infant Program - 3 months to approximately 24 months
• Toddler Program - 24 to approximately 36 months
• Climbers Program - 3 years to approximately 5 years (the beginning of kindergarten)
• Explorers Program - Kindercare
• Leaders Program – before and after-school care (6-12 years)
